China Kayi Industrial Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred as Kayi) is a high-tech private enterprise, which is located on economic development zone, Rugao, Jiangsu.

As the earliest specialized manufacturer to research and produce composite insulator, our composite insulators have the longest history of safe-operation. Meantime Kayi is the first one to pass all the type tests at China National Centre For Quality Supervision And Test Of Insulators And Surge Arresters. Main technical data reach the world-leading level.

Kayi was established in 1985.110kV composite insulators manufactured in 1989 has still in good operation on Hai-Liu line of Lianyungang Power Supply Company, Jiangsu. With innovative development of more than twenty years, we have made a great improvement on product quality, technical level and economic scale.

At present the main products include suspension composite insulators for AC 10～1000kV transmission line;±400kV～±1000kV DC transmission line; 10kV～220kV cross-arm composite insulators;10kV～220kV post composite insulators for transformer substation; windproof composite insulators; birdproof composite insulators; phase-to-phase spacer; wall bushing; antifouling bushing for adjusting creepage,etc. Our products spread over the whole country and we have participate in multiple national major grid projects and construction projects for transmission and transformation. Until now we have export to more than ten foreign countries such as Export to USA, Canada, UK, France, South Africa, South America, Mexico, Russia and Morocco etc.

We possess 20000kN whole injection machine,5000kN whole injection machine, big-bore pressure-connecting machine with automatic sound wave-emitted inspection,1000kV power frequency test facility,3600kV steep-front impulse voltage generator,1000kN tensile test machine and other electrical&mechanical test equipments, which completely enable us to have the capability of manufacturing AC&DC 1100kV and below composite insulators. Specially 20000kN whole injection machine serves as a pioneer in foreign and domestic market. Its strength to lock mould reaches 20000 kN and length of mould is 5.5 meters. This advanced machine is provided with multiple patent techniques such as automatic demould, oil heating, automatic tackle etc. That is to say that among other competitors Kayi is the sole manufacturer who could produce AC&DC 500kV composite insulators through one mould injection. Extra high voltage(EHV) and Ultra high voltage (UHV) composite insulators produced by this 20000kN whole injection machine are more reliable because of greatly-decreased interface, and passed inspections/tests at internationally-recognized test centre and national appraisal. Our manufacture technology is assessed by experts as world-leading level.

We establish complete quality control system and strictly manage and operate it according to ISO9001:2008 standard mode, and acquire ISO9001 certificate from Kaixin certification(Beijing) Co.,Ltd. As one of the first batch of manufacturers permitted into China State Grid, and recommended enterprise by State Economic&Trade Commission on the recommendation list for Nationwide Grid Construction and Rebuilding, Kayi always sticks to quality guideline “Manufacture the world-class products; Surpass client’s expectation; Realize social value”, and guarantees that pass rate of finished products is 100%.

In order to enhance our research ability rapidly, we establish Academician Workstation and Engineer Research Centre For High Voltage Composite Insulators firstly among domestic competitors, complete relevant management system and organize and execute related subject research. Meanwhile we introduce industrial leader as enterprise’s guider, and others including advanced engineers from domestic and oversea who specialize in high voltage, high polymer chemistry, machine building, electric distribution or electric automation, and skilled worker team. All the above efforts upgrade our technical level in a short time and greatly increase our potential for future development.
